A.S Rind is a popular artist amongst art collectors. Having graduated with a BFA in Fine Arts in 1988 from Central Institute of Arts and Crafts Karachi, the artist has participated in several group and solo exhibitions at galleries in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and abroad. Rind is known for his figurative paintings of women adorned with Faiz Ahmed Faiz and Iqbal poetry. The artist integrates text with visual combing to create a unique and original style. Rind is one of today’s most popular and saleable artists in Pakistan.
